Assessors who have worked in your sector
A generalist auditor finds documentation gaps. An auditor who has run the process finds the things that will actually hurt you. Technical competence is matched to your scope before assignment, every time.

Certification shaped to your operating reality
The standard is the same everywhere. What differs is where the risk actually sits, what the regulator inspects, and what your customers audit.
How we assign auditors
Competence first, availability second
This ordering is not a slogan; it is an accreditation requirement, and it is one of the things an accreditation body examines most carefully.
- Scope and technical area are determined first. Your activity is mapped to the IAF technical sector codes that govern which auditors may assess it.
- Auditors are matched by verified competence. Qualification, documented work experience in that sector, and audit experience — all evidenced, not asserted.
- Conflicts of interest are checked. Anyone who has provided consultancy to you, or worked for you within the defined period, is excluded.
- If we do not have someone competent, we say so. We decline the scope rather than sending the nearest available person. That has cost us work, and it is the correct decision every time.
Ask who is auditing you
You are entitled to know the technical background of the assessor assigned to your audit, and to raise a reasoned objection to an appointment.
A certification body that treats that question as intrusive has answered it. Ask it of us, and ask it of anyone else you are considering.
