A finding is never a commercial decision. No auditor at GMSCPL has been asked to soften a finding, and none ever will be. Where a client escalates a finding commercially, the escalation goes to the technical function — never to the auditor who raised it. If that protection matters to you, this is the right place. If you would prefer flexibility on it, it is not.

Lead Auditor — Quality Management Systems
Certification Operations
Plan, lead and report ISO 9001 certification audits across manufacturing and service sectors. You will own the audit from plan to report and be accountable for the technical quality of what you find.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits to ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements
- Lead audit teams on multi-site and integrated management system scopes
- Write findings that are factual, traceable to a requirement and supported by objective evidence
- Evaluate corrective action submissions for genuine root cause treatment
- Maintain technical competence and complete witnessed audits as scheduled
Requirements
- IRCA-certified or equivalent ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification
- Demonstrable audit experience across multiple sectors
- Engineering, science or equivalent technical degree
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Absolute clarity that a finding is not negotiable for commercial reasons
Lead Auditor — Information Security (ISO 27001)
Certification Operations
Audit ISMS implementations against ISO/IEC 27001:2022. We are specifically looking for people who have operated security controls, not only assessed them.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701 certification and surveillance audits
- Evaluate risk assessments, risk treatment plans and Statements of Applicability for genuine risk linkage
- Assess technical controls including access management, logging, vulnerability management and cloud configuration
- Support scope determination for complex, cloud-hosted and multi-entity organisations
- Contribute to technical guidance and internal auditor calibration
Requirements
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification (2022 version)
- Practical background in security operations, infrastructure or GRC
- Familiarity with cloud shared responsibility models across major providers
- CISA, CISSP or equivalent is an advantage
- Ability to challenge an all-controls-applicable SoA constructively
Technical Expert — Food Safety
Technical & Accreditation
Provide technical review of food safety certification decisions, support scope competence and calibrate auditors across ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
Responsibilities
- Technical review of food safety audit files prior to certification decision
- Maintain technical scope competence records and category coverage
- Calibrate food sector auditors on hazard analysis and OPRP/CCP determination
- Support scheme rule interpretation for FSSC 22000
- Contribute to auditor recruitment and witnessed audit evaluation
Requirements
- Food technology, microbiology or equivalent degree
- Substantial processing-floor experience, not solely consulting
- ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor qualification
- Detailed knowledge of FSSAI requirements and Schedule 4
Empanelled Auditors — All Standards & Regions
Certification Operations
We continuously empanel qualified auditors across all standards and regions, particularly in technical sectors where competent auditors are genuinely scarce.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on an assignment basis within your verified technical competence
- Maintain independence and declare any conflict of interest before assignment
- Submit audit documentation to the required standard and within the agreed timeframe
- Participate in calibration activities and witnessed audits
Requirements
- Relevant Lead Auditor certification for the standard applied for
- Verifiable technical work experience in the sectors you wish to audit
- Clean record of independence — no consultancy relationship with organisations you would audit
- Availability for travel within your region

Auditor empanelment
Experienced auditors who prefer assignment work can be empanelled across any standard and region. We are particularly short of competent assessors in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, process safety and automotive core tools.
