What is in the quotation
Four things, all of them in writing. If a competing quotation is missing any of them, that is worth asking about before comparing the numbers.
The audit-day calculation
Not just the number of days, but the working behind it: effective headcount, risk category, site count and any permitted reductions applied.
The full three-year cycle
Stage 1, Stage 2, both surveillance audits and the recertification audit — priced together, so you are comparing a total rather than an entry price.
A realistic timeline
Indicative dates based on our current auditor availability for your sector. If the deadline you need is not achievable, we will say so at quotation stage.
What is excluded
Travel and accommodation quoted separately at actual cost, and the circumstances in which follow-up, special or scope-extension audits would be chargeable.

Transfers are quoted the same way
Send us your current certificate, your last audit report and any open nonconformities. Transfer under IAF MD 2 does not restart your cycle.
